Visit
the Sullivan Family Library to see our selected poetry books currently on
display in celebration of National Poetry Month.
Held
every April since 1996, National Poetry Month was created by the Academy of
American Poets in hopes of increasing public awareness and appreciation of poetry
in the United States. During the month, businesses, libraries, and
schools hold events and create displays related to poetry.
